Look For Less: Swimwear

After the long absence of the sun, spring is practically here and we all look forward to basking in the glorious ray of sunshine. And after seeing the Prada spring summer '12 collection, we wish we could lounge in the beautiful weather on the beach or just on the poolside wearing nothing but the 50's inspired swimwear. For you guys who especially fancied this look:

Guess what I found...a look for less on Asos:

Although I don't know the exact price of the Prada swimwear, we all know nothing Prada comes cheap. However this Asos version is only 44.72 euros.
I'm amazing right...I know ;)

On My Radar- Sweatpants

Before Alexander Wang, it was considered bad fashion to wear your sweatpants out. They made you look frumpy and so uncool, to say the least. Then a couple of years ago, the designer took this piece of clothing, spun it in his sporty chic vibe, and produced something casually snazzy and super cool. He answered every woman's prayer for fashion forward comfort.

And I found a look for less online at Topshop for 33Euros only.

I think I'm going to get them. I'll make it up to Alexander Wang very soon, but for now Topshop it is. Who wants to join me? Here is an opportunity to be 'Wang cool' without breaking a bank ;)

PS: Style tip, they look best with heels.

Black and Me

I would not say I have a favourite colour but I've always been partial to the colour black. I love prints and colours but I love black just as much...I guess we could say it's my fashion weakness. I had a long day today but I was comfortable in my "mono-black" outfit, and I think the key to pulling off an all-black look is playing with different textures. Stella McCartney vs Asos

I'm not ashamed to say I spend quality time scouring the internet and every possible media, looking at clothes, shoes, bags...and I find some cool stuff and good buys. Thought I'd start sharing, so if there is a high end designer bag or dress you have been eyeing but your financial ladder isn't high enough to get you there and all you do is day dream about it, I just might find you a look for less, and save you the stress of breaking a bank.

Polka dots is a hot trend right now, be it boldly like Marc Jacobs or subtly like Gucci...and high street stores like Zara and H&M are certainly not left out in this trend.

We saw the black polka dots dress at Stella McCartney and some of were intrigued, when Kate Winslet wore it we sure wanted it. Stella McCartney dress for 1,345 euros:
